Our offered conservator bladders, also known as Aircell are fully collapsible bladder tanks which are readily fitted into the conservator vessel of utility transformers. Softex Aircell for Oil Filled Transformer is designed to expand and contract with the transformer oil so as to isolate the fluid from the atmosphere. It is open to atmospheric pressure and excludes moisture, dirt and oxygen from the dielectric oil chamber.
It is chemical and abrasion resistant due to a double-layer coating of our unique rubber compound. It has superior puncture strength due to high-tenacity nylon mesh insert fabric. Having features like superior strength, flexibility, chemical resistance and ease of installation, our conservator bladder tanks are also remarkably inexpensive.
Faults and Remedies :-
It is manufactured considering all aspects of transformer application. In the normal course of use, handling, fitting, storing, Aircell will provide good service. In case of mishandling or accident, the fabric can get ruptured or the joint may get open, leading to leakage of air. For major damage, it has to be returned to our factory. Please note that it will not be possible to depute our representative to the site to assess or inspect the damage or fault.
