Softex Industrial Products Pvt. Ltd is a leading manufacturer and supplier of POT PTFE Bearings. These bearings carry the vertical load by compression on an elastomeric disc confined in a steel cylinder and which accommodates rotations by deformations of the disc.
 
We manufacture bearings including fixed pot bearings, sliding guided pot bearings and free sliding pot bearing. The design of Pot Bearing is based on the calculation of IRC: 83 (Part III)-2002. The basic elements consist of a shallow cylinder, known as pot, an elastomeric pad known as a disc, a single or set of sealing rings, piston and sliding surfaces. Masonry plates and base plates are common for the installation of pot bearings, as they allow the attachment of the bearings and increase the support area on the pier and abutment. These bearings are fixed against all the translation unless they are used with a PTFE sliding surface.

These are manufactured using premium quality raw material and advanced technology and are also quality tested on various parameters in order to ensure properties such as durability and accurate dimensions.
